The Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the LOB with a focus on Applications Go To Market.
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical professional with strong relationship-building skills who can strategically support cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with different teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Operations or Sales Advisory, preferably in TI Strong knowledge of the IT Industry Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights to drive business decisions. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights to various stakeholders, including executives. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales planning and forecasting. Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills. Intermediate English Intermediate/advanced Portuguese is a plus
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the LoB/Sales team, providing insights and support for decision-making. Develop and present detailed performance analysis, market trends, and growth opportunities. Communicate, reinforce, train, and support the implementation of commercial policies and initiatives. Create and maintain dashboards and executive reports, delivering predictive insights and data-driven recommendations. Work closely with sales management, operations, and pre-sales teams to enhance processes and identify areas for improvement. Support the cross selling growth strategy, facilitating the execution of key initiatives. Ensure alignment with regional and global teams to optimize strategic planning.Career Level - IC4
