The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. We are looking for a **project engineer** to lead technical projects in the field of **Device Assembly and Packaging** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Accountable for Engineering project management and project execution to high standards, ensure projects completed on time and on budget + Responsible and accountable for the safe execution of job activities in compliance with EHS guidelines, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and team practices and procedures + Close collaboration with stakeholders on site (Business Units, QA, EHS&S, sustainability, etc) as well as with the global organization (MAM LM Platform, MSAT Device and Packaging Technical Launch Integrators and Packaging Center of Excellence) + Ensure equipment readiness to support successful launch of new products + Decommissioning of equipment, which is end of life + Support the implementation of automated material handling + The successful applicant will strive to perform to high standards at all times in line with our Credo and Standards of Leadership **Qualifications** **Education:** + University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical discipline **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + A minimum of 5 years of related business experience and a proven track record in Project Engineering in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry + Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal + Familiarity with project management approaches, engineering processes and design thinking methodology.
