**Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP MDM WORKFLOW and SAP MDM Catalogue along with domain experience in Item Management and Vendor Management within the retail sector. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and proficiency in English. **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee SAP MDM WORKFLOW processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency. + Maintain and update SAP MDM Catalogue to support accurate and up-to-date information. + Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless Vendor Management processes. + Handle Item Management tasks to ensure accurate inventory and product data. + Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP MDM related issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management processes. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all data management activities. + Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity. + Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency. + Train and support team members on SAP MDM processes and best practices. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data management. + Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for data management processes. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data management objectives. **Qualifications** + Must have experience with SAP MDM WORKFLOW and SAP MDM Catalogue. + Should have domain experience in Item Management and Vendor Management within the retail sector. + Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak). + Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy. + Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be able to work night shifts in a hybrid work model. + Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + Should have experience in process improvement and optimization. + Must be able to train and support team members. + Should have strong organizational skills. + Must be able to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with standards. **Certifications Required** SAP MDM Certification Vendor Management Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
