Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions. · Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations. · Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements. · Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies. · Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools. · Develop and implement effective communication and training plans. · Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables. · Identify and address potential resistance to change. **Who You Are** · Bachelor's degree · 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting · Strong client focus and relationship-building skills. · Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Hands-on experience leading complex organizational change initiatives. · Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving · Effective communication and presentation skills · Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders · Familiarity with project management methodologies · Experience designing and delivering training programs · Strong analytical and organizational skills · Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG) **Optional Qualifications:** · Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP). · Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes. · Experience in risk management. · Process design expertise · Experience with digital communication and training tools · Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.) **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
