- Develop and execute the sports marketing strategy in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Lead, manage and develop a team consisting of 2 direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with athletes, federations, Olympic/ Paralympic Committees, and other key stakeholders within running, indoor sports, and Olympic/ Paralympic disciplines.
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate relevant athletes and sports assets that resonate with target consumer and reinforce adidas’ leadership in non-football performance categories.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Activation, Omnichannel, and Sales to ensure full integration of sports marketing assets into commercial and communication plans.
- Represent adidas in negotiations with key partners , ensuring brand visibility and long-term strategic alignment.
- Drive Net Sales development with partners to support overall organizational business goals.
- Act as a passionate and professional ambassador of the adidas brand, representing our values and positioning in all external partnerships and public engagements.
- Manage and track the annual sports marketing budget for the region to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with Brand Comms and Business Units to define and align product collections featured by our partners and federations, ensuring relevance to local consumers and category strategy.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform local strategies and asset positioning.
- Ensure compliance with adidas' internal policies, the Fair Play Code of Conduct, and relevant legal regulations in all partnership engagements.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in marketing, business administration, sports management or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sports marketing or related functions, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving brand impact through sport
- Experience working within or across Eastern European markets, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Familiarity with the Olympic movement and national sports structures in Poland
