**Job Description:**
We are searching for the best talent to join our team as a Senior Manager, Technology Communication to be located in New Brunswick or Raritan, New Jersey.
Purpose: This high-visibility role will drive thought leadership and executive communications to elevate Johnson & Johnson’s reputation for advancing healthcare through technology! Supporting the Company’s Chief Information Officer, this individual will craft and implement programs to tell the story of how AI and digital capabilities transform outcomes for the patients, healthcare providers, and communities J&J serves around the world.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Communications, this role will:
+ **Lead integrated storytelling efforts** that advance J&J’s reputation as a leader in reimagining healthcare through technology, spanning owned, earned, and paid media.
+ **Support thought leadership and executive communications** for the Chief Information Officer across external and internal events, media, awards, and social channels.
+ **Collaborate on enterprise-wide activations** at forums that highlight the role of technology in transforming healthcare.
+ **Maintain and refresh the Company’s technology narrative** , partnering cross-functionally to identify and convey the strongest proof points in AI, data, and emerging technologies.
+ **Lead all aspects of external engagements for the Technology organization** , evaluating and pursuing select high-value opportunities for Technology leaders.
+ **Develop and execute measurement approaches** for thought leadership and executive communications to enable continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
+ **Manage agency resources and budgets** effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
+ 8+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably with a background in thought leadership and executive communications; experience supporting technology-related functions a plus.
+ Demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts into communications plans, implementing initiatives, and measuring results.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences.
+ Strong understanding of the healthcare and technology landscapes and the ability to translate sophisticated concepts into compelling communications.
+ Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
+ Ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative work environment.
+ Experience applying AI and technology to deliver more efficient, effective processes.
+ Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
The base pay range is $120,000 to $207,000 USD.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
