What you will do

Develop and implement Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions program strategyFoster key relationships with industry thought leaders and translate business insights into future business strategyAuthor key strategy documents and drive alignment of business leadersPrepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics, engage stakeholders, and effectively communicate complex information in a compelling mannerAnticipate new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needsInitiates and drives new products and services based on changing customer needsHas a deep understanding of trends in customer satisfaction inputs and can effectively adjust marketing strategy to align with customer engagementDevelop and manage a marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variancesAble to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact

What you need

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred10+ years of work experience required7+ years healthcare marketing/sales experience requiredProven experience developing and driving programs, including creating brand value propositions and refining stakeholder messaging.Strong ability to identify and build deep relationships with supply chain leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers.Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentation content to influence internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated success in creating initiatives that promote business leadership while driving revenue growth and enhancing organizational impact.

Travel Percentage: 30%
