**Job Description**
The **Senior Manager, Global Digital Transformation Operations Transition Lead** will be part of the MT SC Digital Solutions Management team, leading the global deployment cutover and hypercare framework across multiple digital solutions deployments. This role will oversee and evolve a methodology that transitions business process execution from deployment to steady state across people, process, tech, and data. This framework is key to transitioning from deployment to sustaining operations for digital solutions delivered through the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization. The role will develop, own, and deploy the operations transition framework, collaborating with regional deployment core team hypercare and cutover leads. The individual will support a multi-year global business transformation initiative to modernize end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing 40+ major global MT ERP systems, standardizing core business processes and products, and enabling an integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
The role will work alongside regional deployment teams to support the preparation, execution, and governance of complex business transformation cutover and hypercare events. The individual will partner with solution deployment hypercare and cutover leads to educate, guide, and support the methodology's implementation. This includes planning, governance, and execution of all operational transition milestones, such as business ramp down, cutover, ramp up, and re-establishment of operational execution. The role requires a hybrid skillset, including technical understanding of cutovers and core E2E business processes undergoing transformation across Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Finance, Quality, and Commercial.
As a **Senior Manager, Global Digital Transformation Operations Transition Lead** , you will combine business insights with strong project management skills and technical expertise to drive the framework's execution through project team leads. You will partner with design, build, test, and deploy team members to manage inter-dependencies, achieve milestone execution, and provide clear status, risks, resource needs, and dependencies
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Defining, executing and governing the business cutover, hypercare and re-establishment of operational execution framework, methodology and tools as standard, robust capabilities that can be applied across complex global platform transformations
+ Partner with project teams to drive execution across the deployment operational transition plan, manage key interdependencies, and collaborate closely with cutover/hypercare leads, business partners, Global and Regional project PMO teams, and other deployment workstream leads to ensure successful deployment execution is achieved.
+ Lead a team of highly skilled, knowledgeable execution experts that can apply the transition framework in direct partnership with project deployment teams. You will work with both technical and business subject matter experts to ensure that cutover and hypercare plans are operationalized, documented as workflows, and clearly define roles & responsibilities for the local deployment business teams in scope
+ Managing across several complex environments that include client staff, contractors, and system integrators, to incorporate key activities into well-coordinated and clear plans
+ Develop standard governance tools and methodology along with business and technical KPI’s combined with pre, during and post transition measurement and report out approaches
+ Develop and deploy standard entrance and exit criteria for all key phases of operational transition to be executed with each project deployment team in a standard and harmonized way

+ Providing regular status updates to regional and global PMO, senior stakeholders, for both business functional teams as well as program and operations leadership.
+ Ensure key business impacts and requirements are understood, designed and deployed in an integrated and effective project planned aligned with overall business operational requirements and milestones.
+ Manage relevant interdependencies for respective area of responsibility, by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
+ Ensure quality delivery of team deliverables on time and within budget. Escalate risks and issues timely and with mitigation recommendations to keep deployment execution on track.
+ Developing and delivering presentations and defining appropriate communication through various channels to ensure the framework is well managed and communicated
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree **required**
+ **Requires A** t least 5 years of experience in managing various aspects of large-scale business transformations (eg. ERP SAP, or other complex business/tech transformations) and Supply Chain implementation projects in multi-national companies, inclusive of operationalizing business processes after complex cutovers and transitions from legacy to new processes.
+ **Requires** deep expertise and direct hands-on experience developing/deploying a framework while also leading and managing complex business cutover and hypercare events for large scale business and technology transformations.
+ **Requires** a minimum of 3 years Expertise in industry leading practices for project management with x-functional teams, establishing governance, defining execution standards, managing conversion activities, and establishing business intelligence/reporting capabilities
+ Technical knowledge of ecosystem architecture, including how core E2E business processes are operationalized thru a technical ecosystem is **required**
+ Experience working with multiple cutover, migration, and hypercare support tools is **required**
+ **D** emonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex subject matter in all formats **required**
+ High emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to build and lead highly effective diverse and multi-cultural teams to deliver insights, manage conflicts with diplomacy, and influence outcomes **required**
+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result **preferred**
+ Expertise in creating executive communications and PMO status reporting **required**
+ Ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional decision-making teams is **required**
+ Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates **required**
+ Skilled at engaging, briefing, influencing and building relationships with functional business partners is **preferred**
+ Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP & workflow expertise **preferred**
+ **Requires** Travel: up to 20% domestic and international, up to 50% during critical go-lives/hypercare periods

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
120,000- 240,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
