Senior Financial Analyst

Join our dynamic and Cranial and Spinal Therapies (CST) finance team and lead Financial Planning and Analysis activities across diverse International Markets. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Sr. Director Finance CST Intl, providing finance leadership and analytical support to drive CST Operating Unit's financial performance. This role offers key financial insights for strategic decisions, leads reporting and forecasting processes, and collaborates with commercial leaders and finance teams on planning and analysis. The primary location is Prague, Czech Republic, with options in Switzerland, Spain, or Portugal for exceptional candidates. The team works in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days onsite per week. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reporting and forecasting processes, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Plan across International CST Markets + Consolidate and summarize risk and opportunities to regional and functional forecasts + Create various financial templates for utilization across all regions and functions + Communicate key dates and drive deadlines across the Intl regions + Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling, as required, in a clear, accurate and timely manner + Identify / implement continuous process improvements and leverage information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes + Support, advise, and influence business partners by building relationships at all levels within the finance organization **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 2+ years) + 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning, running forecasts, reporting, analysis of KPI, revenue recognition, expenses management, high stakeholder management (persuasion of executives). + Analytical and problem solving, business partnering, internal customer management, strategic thinking and communications. + Strategic thinking – see the big picture and think long term. + Proactive and action oriented – show initiative and act with a sense of urgency. + Fluent in English Strong ability to work in financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, CXF/CMR, SPEND, OneStream, BOXI, PBI) and Experience in a global organization are desirable.
