As Senior Field Marketing Manager for ESI, you’ll be a key member of our ESI Marketing team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of a company's products and services by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive product and service adoption, contribute to building brand equity, and drive business value and revenue growth.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of education, marketing expertise, product knowledge, communication skills, analytical skills, collaboration skills, creativity, and project management skills with a focus on Human Capital Management domain.

 

Overview
At the core of ADP’s APAC growth are our local marketing teams who play a pivotal role in bringing ADP to market.
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in India and Southeast Asia.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director Asia-Pacific, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will deliver the optimal mix of integrated marketing initiatives to achieve the India sales and revenue objectives and build ADP brand equity.
This is a demanding position that requires someone who is proactive and thinks strategically in both the short and long term. The candidate must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, persistence, resilience and tenacity and have a strong track record of exercising good judgment, effective communication, and establishing strong cross-organizational relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for India that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Work closely with sales and operational teams to execute marketing initiatives aligned with sales goals and support bookings and revenue growth. Champion One Voice within India go-to-market team and at all levels to ensure initiatives align with new product introduction, new market entry and pipeline development objectives for each market. Collaborate closely with our regional team, agencies, partners, and stakeholders across APAC as well as our global brand, communications, digital and demand teams to orchestrate global, regional and local campaigns, programs and initiatives in India. Inform your portfolio market and APAC senior leadership discussions and decisions with key market insights and competitive intelligence to ensure a positive balance between internal and external perspectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Deliver a suite of integrated programs and campaigns that support your portfolio countries’ segment penetration, new product introduction and new market entry strategy to drive bookings and revenue growth. Collaborate with other marketing team members, peers and functional stakeholders to maximize resource efficiencies and eliminate duplicative efforts. Ensure a well-planned, disciplined, timely, standardized – and wherever possible – programmatized approach to execution. Remove roadblocks and bottlenecks inhibiting progress and help troubleshoot any day-to-day execution issues faced with a sense urgency. Ensure earnest brand guardianship and quality assurance for all marketing and communications positioning, messaging and assets released externally in your portfolio markets including PR, social media, advertising, collateral, sales tools and public-facing presentations. Maintain strict and disciplined governance of marketing plan on internal policies including legal, compliance, finance, HR, IT and security. Adherence to and accurate, timely reporting of OKRs, KPIs, Marketing Programs, headcount and Travel & Expense budgets. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Always prioritize dedicated time to coaching and mentoring fellow team members to ensure their clear understanding, optimal learning and continuous development. Where and when appropriate, assume responsibility to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive virtual cross-functional teams on continuous improvement or transformational initiatives. Effectively use data to diagnose problem definition, guide solutioning and focus Marketing’s energy and investment on the most impactful programs and initiatives to drive business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Who You Are:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science or a related field, MBA or Master Degree preferred Good experience in Lead generation for Small segment business Mid market,Enterprise and multinational. Minimum 6-10 years of experience in marketing with a strong track record of success in India. Experience in HCM is a key competency Marketing expertise: an experienced product marketer with a strong understanding of product marketing principles and tactics, including market research, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and branding. Experience in digital marketing, brand management, event marketing, and social media. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical skills: highly skilled at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. Deep comfort with metrics and KPIs, and able to use tools CRM, marketing automation and BI tools. Collaboration skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, product managers, sales teams, and designers. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Creativity: be creative and innovative, constantly coming up with new and effective ways to promote the product and engage the target audience. Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high activity, dynamic environment. Penchant for delivering on time with high attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated ability to work individually on projects while collaborating with and supporting other team members. Behavioral characteristics: intellectually curious, passionately persistent, resilient and tenacious - always learning and bravely tackling new challenges. Technical competencies: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Tableau, Google Analytics, Workfront, LinkedIn. Other MarTech, content creation or productivity tools considered an advantage. Language skills: English Fluent.
