As Senior Field Marketing Manager for ESI, you’ll be a key member of our ESI Marketing team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of a company's products and services by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive product and service adoption, contribute to building brand equity, and drive business value and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of education, marketing expertise, product knowledge, communication skills, analytical skills, collaboration skills, creativity, and project management skills with a focus on Human Capital Management domain.

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in India and Southeast Asia.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director Asia-Pacific, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will deliver the optimal mix of integrated marketing initiatives to achieve the India sales and revenue objectives and build ADP brand equity.
This is a demanding position that requires someone who is proactive and thinks strategically in both the short and long term. The candidate must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, persistence, resilience and tenacity and have a strong track record of exercising good judgment, effective communication, and establishing strong cross-organizational relationships.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science or a related field, MBA or Master Degree preferred Good experience in Lead generation for Small segment business Mid market,Enterprise and multinational. Minimum 6-10 years of experience in marketing with a strong track record of success in India. Experience in HCM is a key competency Marketing expertise: an experienced product marketer with a strong understanding of product marketing principles and tactics, including market research, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and branding. Experience in digital marketing, brand management, event marketing, and social media. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical skills: highly skilled at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. Deep comfort with metrics and KPIs, and able to use tools CRM, marketing automation and BI tools. Collaboration skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, product managers, sales teams, and designers. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Creativity: be creative and innovative, constantly coming up with new and effective ways to promote the product and engage the target audience. Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high activity, dynamic environment. Penchant for delivering on time with high attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated ability to work individually on projects while collaborating with and supporting other team members. Behavioral characteristics: intellectually curious, passionately persistent, resilient and tenacious - always learning and bravely tackling new challenges. Technical competencies: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Tableau, Google Analytics, Workfront, LinkedIn. Other MarTech, content creation or productivity tools considered an advantage. Language skills: English Fluent.
