**Job Description** Version. no.: NA Name Employee Code : NA Division-Location : NA Department : NA Designation : NA Grade/Band : NA Reporting to : NA Date of Joining : NA Qualification : NA Experience (as on date) : NA Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder: + To carry out line clearance activity at the different stages of batchmanufacturing and packing. + Material verification during dispensing process for liquid injectable facility. + Manufacturing Process monitoring at all stages during process as specified in BMR and BPR. + Performing In-Process checks during Process as specified in BMR and BPR. + Collection of in-process samples/control samples / Stability Samples / Validation Samples / other samples as required. + Maintenance of control samples and related records.BMR and BPR issuance in liquid injectable facility. + Execution of validation and qualification activities in liquid injectable facility. + Monitoring cGMP compliance in liquid injectable facility and implementation of CAPA. + Logging of Change control & Deviations and maintaining of their records. + Compilation of investigation reports and related documents. + Coordination with all respective depts. for implementation of actions decided against raised change proposals and deviations, their closure and documentation. + Logging of market complaint and initiation of investigation. + To support the team on additional responsibilities assigned time to time. + To review and approve cross functional documents assigned time to time. + Review of Batch manufacturing and Packing records and batch release.
