As the Leader for the core FDSE function, you will partner with solution engineering, product and software engineering, partners, go-to-market, customer success to delight our customers with the value they get from our solutions. You will lead the EMEA FDSE Team and closely collaborate with your peers in APAC and AMER regions to coordinate the core service delivery and other FDSE projects across the global team. Requirements: * A proven leader with a growth mindset, experienced in coaching, mentoring, leading and uplifting technical teams. * Passion/Grit/Will: You are passionate about new technologies, everything software and product development best practices and enjoy continuous learning while demonstrating strong dedication to help uplift and grow others around you. * Familiarity with a range of project and service management frameworks * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Cross-functional: Collaborate optimally across functions, including product management, engineering, and sales, to identify strategic partnerships and improve Splunk product offerings. Lead team meetings and manage the flow of user stories through the engagement process. * Focus on the human aspect by understanding user needs and behaviors in product design and software development. * Bring a robust technical foundation in backend development, scalable data storage, distributed computing, and semantic open API design, coupled with a proven track record as a technical lead or advisor. * Prior contributions to AI-focused projects will be a plus * 2+ years of experience leading technical teams * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
