Senior Engagement Manager - ServiceNow
As the main point of contact for customer projects, our **Senior Engagement Manager** , ensures the highest level of customer happiness; coordinates, manages and ensures completion of all project tasks; and lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and team member meetings to ensure project outcomes are successfully delivered. The Sr Engagement Manager defines customer needs, prepares work, and leads teams to successfully complete project tasks within scope, budget, and to client happiness. The Sr Engagement Manager offers crucial, daily support to project teams, the multi-functional organization, and the client organization. We rely on the Sr Engagement Manager to contribute to the growth of our company by building and improving existing methodologies, conducting internal training, and developing standard process improvements. **What you bring** + 10+ years of professional, project leadership experience + 5-8 years of experience as an Engagement / Project / Program Manager role with **ServiceNow (professional services experience required)** + Project estimation experience and Budget Management + Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical collaborators + Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in sophisticated environments + Solid history of problem solving + Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions **What we offer** + The chance to work with impact.
