Job Description
• Work with the Product and Business leadership teams to build solutions that will transform both clients and internal users experience.
• Collaborate with product management, product strategy, business, and client stakeholders in defining and executing the Product Vision.
• Design and build solutions that will enable product scalability and growth for years to come.
• Drive automation and convergence across Global Payroll products building smart experiences to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
• Enable modern and frictionless integrations.
• Able to thrive on a very distributed environment supporting teams in multiple time zones.
• Build strong relationship with peers, other product teams and stakeholders, influencing outcomes across different areas and leaders.
• Build highly engaged and motivated teams, promoting creativity and a positive culture that inspires innovative outcomes.
• Coach and lead team members, assess the pulse of the organization, and negotiate priorities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of management/leadership experience in customer-facing software development required.
• Must have a 15 year track record of successfully delivering software applications as an individual, team leader, development manager and/or software architect.
• Experience managing a large, global team with diverse technical skills and backgrounds.
• Strong experience solving complex problems and building integrations across large platforms.
• Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with leading the development of mission-critical SaaS and cloud-based applications.
• Full stack software development experience using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API design.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and DevOps practices, CI/CD and software containerization.
• Strong understanding of the agile framework and a track record of scaling agile practices for large enterprises.
• Willingness to be "hands-on" and dive into technical issues.
• Experience with development and delivery of software products in public and hybrid clouds.
• Enthusiast about AI and its application to accelerate innovation
