We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexito City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week

The Digital Marketing Center of Excellence team is seeking an outstanding Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting time to join our team of creative and passionate individuals as we embark on building best-in-class digital B2B customer experience.

We will count on you to:

Manage incoming content from the different stakeholders and ensuring that it adheres to web best practices, brand tone and voice, and follows the digital content strategy.Create meaningful and relevant web pages into our CMS (Content Management System) to engage users to interact with Marsh McLennan through the websites.Review new and existing web pages for SEO optimization opportunities using platforms like Semrush and Google Search Console (on-page SEO).Analyze and visualize web/mobile/app metrics including reporting KPIs and providing insights to stakeholders such as suggesting user/content tests necessary to optimize the website’s user experience and content.Conduct A/B testing of webpages in such platforms like Adobe Target to determine which version performs better.Continually build, support QA, and test using control practices for web content to continually optimize website and enhance the overall user experience.Find, diagnose, and fix Web site problems using different platforms like Siteimprove and Adobe Analytics, including broken links (both internal and external), typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies.Engage with internal/external cross-functional teams, such as marketing, technology, design and/or external agencies on website needs/projects, including wireframe designs, site and App capabilities and content.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ ITHave 2-3 years of relevant business experience in Digital Marketing.Experience CMS (Content Management System)Knowledge of UX designDemonstrated proficiency with digital tools and resources (as many as possible) Google product suite (Analytics, AdWords, Webmaster Tools and Tag Manager) and SEO platforms (Siteimprove and Semrush). Proficiency in Advanced English.
