Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are searching for the best talent for** **Senior Data Analyst** **to be in** **Mexico** **.** **Purpose:** **The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the bidding, pricing, and marketing areas in the public channel by executing and monitoring various activities such as data analysis, generating and reading information of historic and actual data, automating reports/dashboards, and conducting market research that contributes to the business strategy.** **You will be responsible for:** + Contribute to generating business knowledge in the public channel through in-depth analysis of data reported by various market audits (particularly INEFAM) as well as results from reference sources available to the public channel. + Share historical process to Business Unit team so they can review and align final price to participate in the biding process. + Develop, under the guidance of their direct supervisor, analyses that provide timely answers to key business questions regarding the public channel. Become the first-line resource for internal clients, recognized as an expert in their field. + Develop, in close collaboration with IT to create dashboards that allow: a) continued automation of processing of market data related to the public channel, b) cross-referencing such data with other sources of information (e.g., contracts and inventories in public institutions), and c) visualizing the information in a clear, simple, and timely manner (Contract Consumption). + Promote the understanding and use of data, analytics, tools, and technology platforms among the BIDS and Marketing teams, constantly fostering data-driven decision-making and a self-service culture for internal business customers. + Execute with excellence the data queries required to understand the public channel, including results analysis, operating within quality and compliance standards at all stages of the process. + Support bids & tenders in local and regional data analysis projects, market research, and learning plans for the public channel in Mexico. + Ensure that administrative processes related to the position duties and projects are carried out in a timely manner, including onboarding processes, quality reviews, and contract generation with suppliers. + Develop and manage special projects with cross-functional teams. + Prepare presentations and reports to support meetings and conferences related to public sales. + Collect, clean, and organize large and complex data sets from various sources. + Identify and automate repetitive tasks that currently consume significant operational time. + Implement digital workflows that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure traceability. + Accelerate our digital transformation by integrating scalable technological solutions that have a measurable impact on productivity and internal controls. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial or Informatic Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, , Business Administration, or related field. + Intermediate / Advance Business English + Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, sales operations area or a related field. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. + Proficient in SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI + Excellent computer proficiency e.g MS Office, + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets and high learning agility. + Good skills for planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of data insights and recommendations + Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude. + Preferent 1 year of experience managing direct reports 1+. **Languages** English (Advanced) proficient speaking & written skills. **Other requirements** + Analytical and decision-making capabilities. + Proactivity. + Sense of urgency and service attitude. + Risk management + Team work + Facilitate information on an easy and NON technical way + Strategic planning. + Adaptability an learning mindset. + Troubleshooting + Numerical skills + Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture + Emphathy and emotional intelligence.
