Join our research-driven biopharmaceutical company as a Senior Customer Services Associate in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals. We are dedicated to inventing medicine and vaccine innovations that make a difference for patients across the globe. We are looking for three people to join our Customer Support team.
In this role, you will provide a high quality, professional support to the team who provide service in relation to enquiries, requests for information, complaints and orders coming into the company via telephone, email and other means. You will ensure that all enquiries and communications are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner whilst ensuring accurate and timely recording, processing and management of any enquiries/tasks.
Daily responsibilities:
Manage all incoming Customer Service queries & Business enquiriesAccurately process Customer orders using SAP and other Business SystemsHandle customer complaints, disputes, and queriesProvide knowledgeable support and answers about products and servicesWork closely with Finance team to resolve pricing/invoicing queries and credit claimsProactively identify and implement system efficiencies to eliminate wasteExperience/skills required:
Experience in a Customer Services/order processing roleComputer literacy (experience of CRM systems, ideally SAP) and excellent Excel skills essentialAn excellent problem solver and a decision makerThe ability to use your own initiative but also to know when to refer to a senior team memberPersonable with a consistently positive demeanorAnalytical and proactive when presented with obstaclesClosing date for applications: 2nd June 2025
