We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team.

Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholdersProvide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstaclesImprove clients’ performance through effective risk mitigation methodsProject manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executivesRecommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structuresMentor colleagues in business development and professional growth

What you need to have:

Relevant Degree (desirable)Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related roleThorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditionsCurrent Driver’s LicenseStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
