**Summary:**
We are seeking a Commercial Director to join our Israel Leadership team.This person will have a key role in the tech industry in Israel, working closely with B2C tech and B2SMB startups at all stages, and collaborating with sophisticated performance driven export partners in the industry such as the VC industry, creative and performance agencies ,etc. Israel is one of the most strategically important markets for Meta globally, both in terms of shaping our global approach and creating lighthouse work and initiatives that translate across the world to other Digital Native export startups. This position reports to the VP, Israel, Gaming and Southern Europe and is based in TLV.

Senior Commercial Director, Israel Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement best in class client and industry work, including a superb understanding of working with sophisticated performance driven export partners, bring both deep media capabilities as well as business savvy to allow for business growth opportunities for our clients.
2. Develop a strong cross-functional operations and collaboration with Creative Shop, Measurement, Business Engineering, Product, Data Science, SSPO, etc., to align everyone behind the same strategy with clear and aligned planning and execution.
3. Build a strong ecosystem approach working with entrepreneurs, VCs, partners, thought leaders to enhance our work with the current client base as well continuously identify new companies that have the potential to grow massively on our platforms.
4. Build, train and maintain a diverse, world-class, high performing team with a strong inclusive culture to support established and emerging partners.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

5. 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with demonstrated expertise in digital advertising and data/performance measurement trends.
6. 10+ years of experience leading digital advertising initiatives, particularly with data-driven and performance-oriented clients.
7. Proven track record of strategic thinking and setting a clear vision for teams.
8. 7+ years of experience managing teams, including building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
9. Strong history of collaboration across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
10. Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives and translating insights into actionable client value.

11. 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on growth and marketing roles.
12. Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative diversity and inclusion strategies within business environments.
13. Proven business development experience, particularly in building strategic relationships with marketing leaders, brands, and agencies.
14. Strong leadership abilities, including managing managers and scaling teams effectively.
