We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client and Customer Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Business Analyst

Acting as an intermediary between technical teams and internal or external clients, Business Analysts help to implement technology- and process-based solutions by determining the requirements for a project or program, analysing and documenting them, and communicating them to stakeholders.

A Senior Business Analysis Specialist makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

We will count on you to:

Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.Develops functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools.Assists junior staff to test and analyze final requirements.Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.Manage data and reporting requests.Develops and delivers training and supplemental materials.Writes the business specifications detailing operations of an application or specific function.Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors, including continuous review.Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements
