Overview Leverage expertise in payroll systems administration and configuration by maintaining critical system tables, managing tax setups, supporting audits, and ensuring secure and accurate payroll operations, enhance efficiency and compliance by partnering with internal teams and external vendors, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing user access across platforms such as EV6, eTime, and Timebank. Responsibilities Ownership of Interface and resolution of issues from SuccessFactors to ADP EV6 (3-5 files each pay freq.). Maintain system table configurations: (add/update departments, business units, cost centers, earnings/deduction codes, pay rules, accruals and person types). Manage tax setups including state and local configurations in EV6. Maintain eTime tables and support historical submission imports. Perform accrual maintenance and manual data integrations. Support internal/external audits on a monthly/quarterly basis. Partner with Benefits team, vendor and ADP. Handle new hire onboarding in payroll systems (EV6, Etime, Timebank, Career Settings) Conduct UAT testing for system updates, enhancements, and payroll projects Support system security by managing user access for HR/Payroll practitioners. Special Projects: ADP EV6 Enhancements: Transfer Agent OTP Integration Time Solution Migration: Etime to WFM Database Comparisons: Reporting Qualifications Advanced English (oral and written skills). Proven strong technical and integration expertise with robust HCM, Payroll, Time and Finance. Solutions such as SAP, ADP, eTime, etc. (EV6 preferred). Proficient in managing, storing, interfacing, validating, sorting, querying and reporting on large volume of complex Employee, Benefits, Tax and Employer related data. Proficient in maintaining foundational tables. Adequate experience in managing Employee Onboarding Cycle. Basic system configuration capabilities. Experienced in several end-to-end HR, Payroll and Time system migrations. System Security Administration Ownership expertise for ADP EV6 and eTime. Ability to work independently, swiftly and with high quality, in a fast paced, large volume complex environment.
