**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience in AEM and a strong background in the Education and E-Learning domains. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of AEM-based solutions for Education and E-Learning projects. + Oversee the implementation of best practices in AEM development to ensure high performance and scalability. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals. + Ensure the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms optimizing workflows and data management. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. + Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and E-Learning technologies incorporating them into project strategies. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. + Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team enhancing collaboration and productivity. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management highlighting any risks or issues. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Education and E-Learning sectors. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of AEM architecture and development. + Demonstrate expertise in the Education and E-Learning domains. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in integrating AEM with other systems. + Have experience in leading and mentoring development teams. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. + Be adept at managing project timelines and deliverables. + Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. + Be familiar with agile methodologies and practices. **Certifications Required** Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
