Customer Care Professional based in Barcelona, and will be reporting to Customer Care Team Leader working in a Hybrid model.
What will you be doing?
You will deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing expert, high-quality support and efficiently resolving inquiries and issues using official company tools like Service Cloud. Serving as a key liaison between customers and relevant internal departments, you will ensure clear and proactive communication to drive maximum satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing post-sale follow-ups, returns, and precise billing for surgical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high service standards, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure strict compliance with all internal and external regulations.
