As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you’ll play a critical role in optimizing our top-line performance by leading pricing strategies that fuel sustainable growth across our diverse portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to challenge the status quo, implement innovative pricing models, and unlock new business opportunities across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Pricing Governance: Own the end-to-end pricing process - from idea generation and decision-making to implementation (internally and with customers) and post-evaluation.Develop and Execute the Annual Pricing Plan: Align pricing strategies with business goals and market dynamics to drive revenue and margin growth.Analyze Market Pricing Trends: Monitor monthly sell-out prices using Nielsen, Shopping Brasil, and Mtrix to generate actionable insights.Support Innovation Launches: Define pricing strategies for new product introductions, ensuring competitive and profitable market entry.Manage Promotional and Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Lead on-invoice pricing actions that support commercial objectives and enhance value delivery.Be a Strategic Business Partner: Work closely with Regional Heads to identify and activate growth levers across all RGM dimensions.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in FMCG or strategic consulting environments.Proven track record in analytical, commercial, or finance roles.Strong command of data tools and platforms (Excel, Nielsen, Mtrix, Power BI).Understanding of multi-channel dynamics (on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce).Advanced English (written and spoken), after all, you’ll be part of a global company!Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times per week, at our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo-SP.
