Position Purpose:
The Home Depot’s Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) is transforming how the enterprise engages with contract labor, and this Senior Analyst role plays a crucial part in that transformation. As a Senior Analyst on the CWPO team, you will discover new ways to utilize our contingent labor data to reduce costs, enhance organizational efficiency, and optimize our labor supplier base. This role also involves overseeing the curation of our homegrown Supplier Scorecard, which benchmarks and holds our suppliers accountable. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to help grow our data lake and utilize it to drive significant organizational change by providing our business partners with the most relevant information in an easily digestible format.
Key Responsibilities:
20% Analytics - Leverages data and KPIs to proactively identify service delivery issues, technical issues and/or compliance issues Provides appropriate solutions that are mutually beneficial to both internal and external customers20% Business Relationships - Serves as a strategic thought partner to internal customers to understand and anticipate business needs related to contingent labor Educates business on qualified vendors if necessary10% Customer Service - Utilizes system knowledge and business understanding to resolve internal and external customer pain points urgently; communicates issues and resolutions effectively and concisely20% Functional Expertise - Develops subject matter expertise , inclusive of program policies, data and systems Serves as a point of contact for vendors and department leaders to ensure understanding and clarity of new processes Assists in training and support for end users when needed Supports the Manager in new business deployments (implementation of new features, reports, policies, etc.)20% Process Management - Drives continuous improvement in both processes and technology through innovation and strategic thinking Leverages understanding of the business, its partners and vendors to solve for pain points throughout the contractor life cycle10% Quality Assurance - Ensures all existing and future priorities parallel business priorities Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met Ensures all internal and external customers are in alignment with policies and follow SOPs

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
