The position is full-time based in our office in King of Prussia, PA on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting 

Perform general accounting tasks.Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of accounts including all bank and balance sheet accountsPerform key period-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals and adjustments.Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packagesSupport various audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.Report the monthly figures as requested in the PSI format Passthrough reports per projectAdministrative costsPrepare the corresponding invoices to the parent companyComplete and communicate periodic analysis of department-level financialsMonitor and maintain fixed asset ledgersAssist Manager in Budget V Actual variance explanationsMonitor systems of internal controls

QualificationsMaster's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education requiredCPA and/or MBA preferredExperience with Inter-Company transactions preferredMinimum of 5 years relevant finance experience requiredAdvanced skills with accounting and computer software, including SAP and MS ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines
