Aon is currently recruiting an Senior Account Manager – Claims Services to join our team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like
+ Account management in particular Construction accounts and Corporate accounts.
+ Hands-on management of claims in all classes of commercial lines' insurance, including but not limited to CAR, EC, PDBI, Motor, PL, Marine Cargo, Travel.
+ Working with internal business units and clients at operational and senior management level to enhance claims services and development of business.
+ Liaising with insurers, third party service providers and our network office in different countries on claims management.
+ Management of and analysis of claims data and advising clients on risk management improvement measures.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ University graduate or equivalent experience, with minimum 3 years working experience in claims management especially in construction claims is highly preferred
+ Knowledge on all classes of general insurance is highly preferred
+ Experienced in handling Corporate clients are preferred
+ Passed in IIQE papers are preferred
+ Good communication and partnership skills
+ Ability to work independently and work well in a team environment
+ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
+ Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel) & Chinese typing
+ Immediately available preferred
