This is the world-class engineering team where you should build your career **Overview** **Your Impact:** + Ability to lead a small team of 3 – 5 individuals. + Responsible for design and development of the application + Work with system owners, business owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system. + Write .Net code based on requirements defined in use cases. + Develop Object Oriented code and/or provide maintenance and enhancements using Microsoft technologies. + Meet with business and system owners to understand and document desired system requirements and technical specifications + Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques. + Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance. Estimate and plan releases + Mentor junior team members **Development** + Implements (hands-on) the module components based on Sapient and industry best practices These components could be custom built, or built using a third-party tool and also could involve extending an industry package + Develops reusable frameworks/components and POCs to accelerate development on projects + Supports the module in production, resolves hot issues and implements and deploys + Works with/helps other team members to resolve technical issues **Responsibilities** **Your Skills & Experience:** **Must Have:** + Minimum 5-6 years of experience in application development + Minimum 3-4 years of experience using .Net, Core, C#, .NET 4.7.2, JavaScript, SQL Server 2014, ASP.Net, WebAPI, MVC, IIS, WCF, REST, JSON, SOAP. + Strong SQL and database skills in SQL Server + Devops tools and technologies + Knowledge of JavaScript packages, package managers, bundlers, and their use in building interactive experiences + Familiarity with concepts related to component driven architectures + Is able to understand notations done in modeling languages (like UML) pertaining to use cases and class diagrams and then write code to implement the same. + Good understanding of all parts of Software Engineering (e.g. Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing) + Proven leadership skills to independently manage a track of work with 3 - 5 people, during various phases of the project lifecycle + Ability to learn new technologies quickly **Good to Have:** + Hands-on experience in messaging platform (Tibco, Rabbit MQ, nServicebus, etc) + Cloud – AWS/Azure + Working with Docker/ Container - self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components + Familiar with Linux , Shell Script + Working with TCP optimization/ settings in Windows & Linux + Familiarity with data ingestions tools like Azure Synapses **Qualifications** Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field **Additional information** As part of our dedication to an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Sapient is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, protected veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.
