Scrum Master within the Digital GBU Agile & Service Excellence organization plays a critical role in leading a product team to optimize deliver. Working together with other scrum masters and leads they will execute the change to elevate the practice of agile and deliver value partnering with the product teams from the Digital GBU team.

Main responsibilities:

Serves as a servant leader and coach for a Pod/sWorks with Product Owners and Development teams on daily basis to drive executionHelps steer team to maximize efficiency and productivityHelps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scopeFacilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile developmentEducates the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices.Helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing product team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvementEnsure the consistent and effective application of Scrum principles and practices across all teams working on complex commercial productsFacilitate communication and collaboration among Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with other Agile team members to drive Agile transformation initiatives across the organizationDevelop and deliver training sessions and workshops on Agile practices and methodologies tailored to the DGBU products contextStay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum, particularly as they apply to the commercial products

About you

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholdersTrack-record of success as a Scrum Master in complex environmentsExperience in working and domain knowledge relevant to commercial productsExcellent communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
