What you will do in this role

As a Scrum Master, you will:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices for continuous delivery excellenceCoordinate CRM projects in a Salesforce ecosystem and drive sprint executionSupport cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and delivery teamsTranslate user needs into actionable functional requirementsParticipate in validation campaigns and testing cyclesEnsure strong communication flow across stakeholders and delivery teams

Your qualifications

Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)Proven experience with Agile / SAFe practicesDeep knowledge of CRM ecosystems (Salesfroces)Experience in digital transformation or IT projectsStrong functional understanding of business/user needs (UML, BPMN)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsParticipation in test & validation campaignsExperience working with SaaS solutionsBackground in REST or SOAP API projects

It will be a plus if you:

Hold a Salesforce or ITIL certificationHave experience with UML, BPMN, or ITSM tools
