The Scientist, Analytics will apply innovative technology to help drive the development of new products and improved processes for the food, feed and industrial segments. In this role, you will support the team and provide analytical knowledge to generate and analyze critical data.

Key AccountabilitiesPresent ongoing work and findings to stakeholders including the summaries and the nature and methodology of the research.Identify and resolve first line troubleshooting analytical instrumentation.Execute sample preparation, processing and chromatographic trouble shooting without procedural errors prior to effectively communicate results to diverse scientific teams.Conduct analytical experiments following standards Ensure proper disposal of wastes according to environmental health and safety guidelines in a high safety focused environment.Build and conduct scientific experiments and process and analyze results of experiments and records data.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field or equivalent experienceProven working knowledge of analytical instrumentation principles, concepts, practices and standardsMinimum of two years of related work experienceUnderstanding of GC-FID and LC-UV, LC-RI, LC-ELSD, FT-IR and strong desire to expand knowledge through hands on experience.
