SCCM and Intune (L2/L3) Support Specialist
As an SCCM and Intune Support Specialist, you’ll make an impact by being at the forefront of reengineering our endpoint environment for performance and resilience. Your detailed knowledge to our L2/L3 support operations will guarantee reliability, compliance, and flawless device experiences for the organization. You’ll own the charge on our transition from legacy SCCM infrastructure to an improved Intune based management, enabling automation, refining security, and supporting hybrid work at scale. Encouraging efficiency, end-user happiness, and the advancement of our endpoint management capabilities. You will be a valued member of our Infrastructure Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Manager. **In this** **role, you** **will** + Architect and coordinate Microsoft Intune for managing device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, and endpoint security. + Build scalable configuration policies and migrate legacy GPOs to new Azure AD and Intune environments. + Own the Windows Autopilot deployments for hybrid and Azure AD joined devices, supporting flawless zero touch provisioning. + Manage and optimize SCCM infrastructure, including upgrades, role assignments, and integration with Intune for co-management. + Drive SCCM to Intune migrations, encouraging modern endpoint management for Windows and macOS. + Lead all aspects of Windows 365 Cloud PC environments, managing provisioning, imaging, user assignments, and performance. + Support enterprise mobility for corporate and BYOD devices using Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise. + Implement mobile security policies and app protection for iOS and Android with minimal user disruption. + Coordinate Jamf for macOS, aligning policies and apps with compliance and security baselines. + Enforce standard methodologies for endpoint security, such as BitLocker, MS Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access. + Collaborate efficiently on patch and vulnerability management using tools like Qualys to minimize risk. + Manage cross platform enterprise application delivery with a focus on secure access and user experience. + Act as the go-to technical lead for endpoint management, cloud PC solutions, and mobility strategy, partnering with security, IT, and business team members. **What** **you’ll** **need to succeed (required** **skills)** + A proven track record of 5 or more years in managing enterprise-scale environments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. + Outstanding expertise in Azure Active Directory, including hybrid identity, device join configurations, and cloud native policy management. + Proven success leading SCCM lifecycle initiatives and transitions to Intune, including co-management enablement. + Top-tier experience with Windows 365 from provisioning and imaging to user assignment and performance tuning. + Expert in managing Windows Autopilot and cross platform devices (macOS, iOS, Android) via Intune, Android Enterprise, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager. + Detailed knowledge of endpoint security controls, including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender (ATP), Conditional Access, and compliance policies. + Proficiency with vulnerability tools such as Qualys. **What** **will help you stand out (preferred** **skills)** + Superb communication, teamwork, and collaborator engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams + Solid grasp of ITSM standard methodologies, including Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes + Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 MD-102, MS-101, or equivalent is an added bonus.
