**Key Responsibilities:** + Lead or support the implementation of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Statement of Work, Services Procurement). + Configure workflows, templates, and integrations with other SAP or third-party systems. + Provide second-level support for SAP Fieldglass extensions and customizations. + Troubleshoot complex SQL queries and data issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Procurement, and IT. + Monitor and manage system performance, user access, and compliance. + Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users. + Serve as an escalation point for project or business-related issues.
