Location - PAN India **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Alteryx Salesforce Data Migration and Data Migration. Experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and ensure successful data migration processes. **Responsibilities**  Lead the technical aspects of data migration projects ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.  Oversee the use of Alteryx for data preparation blending and analysis to support business needs.  Provide expertise in Salesforce Data Migration ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop migration strategies.  Develop and maintain data migration scripts and tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.  Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices during migration activities.  Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.  Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Document data migration processes methodologies and best practices for future reference.  Train and mentor junior team members on data migration techniques and tools.  Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.  Utilize domain knowledge in Research and Development Sales & Marketing to enhance data migration strategies.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data migration processes. **Qualifications**  Possess strong technical skills in Alteryx Salesforce Data Migration and Data Migration.  Demonstrate experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus.  Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Show proficiency in developing and maintaining data migration scripts and tools.  Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  Display strong communication and documentation skills.  Be proactive in identifying and resolving data migration issues.  Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.  Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.  Show experience in conducting thorough testing and validation of data.  Be knowledgeable about data governance policies and best practices.  Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes.  Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule. **Certifications Required** Certified Alteryx Designer Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
