As a Sales Training Rep, you will provide support to the sales training team with training documentation management, event planning and coordination, onboarding support, and communications management. **How you'll make an impact:** + Coordination of Sales Training and Education events with general supervision + Processing HCP Payments related to training events + Managing event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials preparation + Administrative invoice and budget duties + Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team + Training materials management (ordering, ensuring translation) + Contracts management with general supervision + Training records management **What you'll need (required):** + H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred + Minimum of 5 years experience in related sales or administrative support functions **What else we look for (preferred):** + Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) + Demonstrates professional communication skills and interpersonal relationship management as a key point of contact + Proven customer service skills - able to negotiate and resolve difficult situations + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing objectives or deadlines + Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Able to manage confidential information with discretion + Thrives in a cross functional, matrixed environment - building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization, at all organizational levels, including external contacts + Strong organizational skills + Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $52,000 to $73,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
