Sales Support & Commercial Operations Leader IGT-Devices
Philips IGT-Devices is seeking a Sales Support & Sales Operations Leader in Zaventem, Belgium to lead a cross-functional team, focused on order management, sales operations, training and support, performance analysis and reporting, while overseeing transformation initiatives across Europe and Growth markets. You will manage a team of 50+ across multiple locations, driving operational excellence, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a commercially experienced leader with a track record in managing large, diverse teams and delivering scalable, strategic improvements in sales operations. **Your role:** + Lead the International Sales Support & Commercial Operations team, driving process improvements aligned with commercial priorities. + Oversee CRM data quality, sales tool management, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making. + Manage cross-functional and transformation projects, including quote and purchase order reviews, and ensure policy compliance across sales, finance, and legal. + Identify and address sales process bottlenecks using data analysis and Voice of Customer feedback. + Standardize and simplify end-to-end sales processes, developing scalable procedures for improved efficiency. + Track sales performance, set team goals, and deliver actionable insights to commercial leadership. + Lead all contract management activities, including drafting, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize terms to align contract execution with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. + Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales operations team with a focus on open communication and continuous improvement. + Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to support NPI (New Product Introduction) launches and customer engagement initiatives. + Coordinate international commercial contract execution and approval processes. **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field. + Excellent Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast growing and changing environment. + Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales analytics tools. + 10+ years of experience in Sales, Leadership, Operations and/or a related role. + Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. sales target, administrative and customer satisfaction is an asset). + Customer satisfaction focus, excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills as well as high intercultural awareness. + Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. + Passionate about driving change and revenue deliverables. + Never give up mindset and willingness to win. + Strategy focused. + Fluent in English language. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
