Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Consultant to cover Queensland. This permanent role, reports to the T Product Sales Manager, in ANZ Service Sales

About You

The T Product Sales Representative works as part of a team that supplements the wider T Product Sales activity of the organisation. Primarily focusing on standard T products for a defined period, and where opportunity exists.

Including but not limited to; T Leads from the Field, requests from Branches and proactive T Product Campaigns. The T Product Sales Representative will also provide support and relief for the Sales Team nationally on a needs basis.

On a typical day, you will

Ensure achievement of T Sales targets in accordance with the allocated business plan, regularly utilising the ISM Dashboard to monitor sales activity and adjusting behaviours accordingly  

Action (or appropriately allocate) T Leads, from all sources, as they are presented.

Engage with the source of Lead, clarify requirements and contact customer, and establish or reinforce need.

Create an Estimate and obtain approvals as required and produce a Service Works Proposal and submit to the customer, manage objections where necessary.

Proactively follow up on Submissions with a cyclical call closing plan.

Establish and maintain comprehensive, secure, and accessible data on all sales activity and any critical information required by the Company

Assist with strategy development as requested and proactively highlight opportunities for future T growth

Actively engage in all T Product Campaigns as requested.

Support the Key Account team with general T quoting activity when required.

Ensure that all selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, proposing, tendering, securing, and processing, meet documented Company policies, procedures, quality systems, ethical standards, and industry guidelines; helping to maintain compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.


What you will need to be successful

Preference for 3 years’ experience in a Tele Sales, Frontline Sales or Account Management environment

A desire to learn and understand the industry and the technology required. Experience in Technical Sales an advantage; selling solutions, not simply products

The ability to independently engage with the wider Otis team, develop trust, and leverage relationships to achieve results is essential.

Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping are important for success

Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn and frequently switch between inhouse systems/databases required
