Purpose of the Role:
This role plays a key part in driving profitable market share growth and ensuring adidas remains a market leader. By promoting a Sell-In/Sell-Out mindset, delivering flawless in-store execution, and building strong internal and external partnerships, the role supports our ambition to win the consumer and elevate our brand presence across physical and digital channels.

 

 

What you will do:

Support the execution of defined objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve business targets, in close collaboration with your line manager and key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both market and global priorities across physical retail and e-commerce channels.

Provide sell-out support and guidance based on seasonal focus products, technologies, and brand concepts, and track performance against agreed key performance indicators.

Deliver regular feedback and, where applicable, propose structured action plans to improve seasonal sell-through performance for assigned accounts.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and suggest relevant actions based on insights.

Assist your line manager in ensuring the planned conversion of seasonal inventory into sales is achieved.

Develop and update reports and plans in line with customer segmentation and portfolio strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts.

Ensure timely and effective pre-orders and repeat orders from customers.

Prepare and lead the sell-in process of seasonal collections by adhering to sales guidelines, staying informed about targets, budgets, and potential risks.

Identify customer-specific needs and collaborate on tailored solutions, such as Special Make-Up (SMU) products, Account Brand-Owned (ABO) initiatives, and exclusive product developments.

Adhere to the Go-To-Market calendar, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of key milestones.

 

Skills you will need:

 

University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Sales or Commercial areas

At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales (experience in the consumer goods industry—apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG sectors preferred)

Results-oriented mindset with adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges

Strong analytical and planning skills, including proficiency in data analysis, business planning, time management, and organization

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate effectively

Ability to tailor and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Driver's licence (B)
