Sales Management Indirect Associate Director - Based in Poland/Czechia/Slovakia/Romania

In addition, he is responsible for leading indirect sales team, maximizing their skills to achieve targets and increase market share in accordance with Zimmer Biomet strategy and objectives. **How You'll Create Impact** • Design, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies within assigned countries and product line/s • Lead indirect sales and business development team to reach assigned financial plans. • Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse cross functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service. • Establish and manage long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders. • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs. • Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, cash collection and budgets - P&L management. • As a Leader, implement HR procedures to motivate, develop, train and retain employees to achieve corporate strategy. • Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities. • Strategic account management for top key platinum accounts, clear conversion strategy for gold accounts • Develop relationships with key customers based on credibility, respect, and trust within ZB compliance rules and regulations. • Inventory Management - maximize use of products by keeping stocks at an optimum level and according to budget requirements. • Keep track of debts to negotiate and speed payments. • Implement marketing strategies to deliver appropriate activities to key healthcare professionals to increase sales. • Establish pricing strategy and profit margins in the respective countries. • Collaborate with finance and customer service to speed up revenue recognition. • Evaluate and adjust the business according to the financial dashboard. • Optimize investments to increase Return On Investment index **What Makes You Stand Out** **Personal skills requirements** • Negotiation and communication skills • Analysis and decision making • Initiative and autonomous • Client oriented • Time and project management skills • Results Driven • Strategic Vision • Analysis and Decision Making • Leadership • Business Acumen • Communication Skills • Autonomy and Initiative • Stress Tolerance **Your Background** **Education** • Bachelor’s degree in Science **Professional experience** • 5 to 8 years of reconstructive surgery products experience in a sales position and leading a team of Sales Representatives. **Special expertise** • Extensive orthopedic, clinical and sales knowledge • Understanding of the sales, marketing, and corporate functions • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong presentation skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze pricing insights and implement changes in the organization. • High business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy. • Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills • Extensive knowledge on presenting dashboards, reports; analyzing data and acting on insights generated. **Languages** • Advanced English **Travel Expectations** 50-60% within the CEE region EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
