Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work under pressure to fulfill sales targets and develop the business in the OEM industry.- Acquisition of key customers in the OEM market/industry- Look after and consult customers in the OEM market/industry.- Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers and system-integrators) in the respective market/ industry Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries.- Responsible for promoting and popularize new product (BIW products, FUPA, Digital, Robostudio etc.) in OEM industry.- Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments.- Analyze and communicate necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries.- Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry.
Qualifications for the roleUniversity majored in industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering.English language and background from local OEM are preferred.Foreign invested company strongly desired.With high flexibility (desired).Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must).Good interpersonal & presentation skill (must).Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (preferred).Good sales track record (must).
