The Risk & Compliance Global Process Manager will drive global process standardization and optimization in close coordination with GS Risk & Compliance’s regional operating teams. In close partnership with various J&J risk and business functions as well as IT, the manager will also aim to seamlessly integrate key regulatory compliance requirements into day-to-day business processes and applications. The manager will identify and implement process and tech enhancements globally. They will be responsible for leading technology, digitalization and automation initiatives to support efficient enterprise-wide Sanctions & Third Party Risk Program. The role will strive to strengthen J&J compliance landscape enterprise wide and to meet regulators expectations in the countries we operate, while also driving 3Es (efficiencies, effectiveness and user experience). The role reports into the Sr. Manager Risk & Compliance. **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Lead and support efforts to stand up, implement and maintain third party due diligence strategy and tech enhancements + Ensure the effective roll-out of new strategies, automation and digitalization initiatives. + Support tech, data and process improvement efforts, assessment and alignment to the international standards, local country regulations and guidelines. + Support centralized risk assessment on the sanctions program and perform periodic re-assessments + Close connection with regional managers to ensure standardized and harmonized global processes. + Coordinate strategy with local, regional and global teams to ensure consistency on the sanction and third party risk process implementation + Coordinate with Regional Operations Lead to implement action plans. + Aligned with master data teams to mitigate data cleansing & data quality issues + Coordinate Sanction + AML ABC due diligence process integration into multiple ERP systems (Platform + non-platforms) + Guide, coach and evaluate team performance + Global Third-party tech and process subject matter expert for enterprise projects **Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Accounting Management or related field **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Strong experience in driving cross-functional initiatives within a global environment + Ability to engage and influence a wide range of partners — including senior leaders + Deep understanding of the dynamics of large organizations + Results-driven doer that is highly organized & structured in their approach + Confident in leading complex workstreams & large-scale projects end-to-end + A clear process mindset, with demonstrated experience in process improvement and standardization + A strong orientation toward technology and automation, with comfort in working with digital tools and platforms + Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve challenges + A collaborative yet proactive approach, with the ability to identify gaps and drive progress + Global mentality, cultural awareness and agility + Outstanding listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing + The candidate must have strong analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills, leadership, influencing, and presentation skills.
