Job Description
Are you looking to grow your expertise in analog and RF integrated circuit (IC) design? If so, we are looking for candidate with a strong foundation in the design of RF subsystems used in RF communication systems; e.g.LNAs, mixers, PLLs, and power amplifiers, to name a few. You will benefit from a strong mentoring culture through interaction with some of the top experts in the field. Moreover, you will take ownership of RF blocks and subsystems throughout the design life cycle in the concept, specification, design, evaluation, and documentation phases.
What we are looking for:
2 or more years in analog and RF IC circuit & system design ComputerAided Design (CAD) tools; e.g. Cadence Virtuoso, Spectrem, Momentum
Strong understanding of RF and electromagnetic concepts including IC, package, and board level effects
Principals of integrated circuit design in deep submicron process nodes
Experience with test and measurement lab equipment

Target Base Salary Range
$63,800.00 - $127,600.00Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
