Descripción del puesto A Retail Media Manager is responsible for leading the retail media team that develops and implements targeted advertising for client's brand. Focused in content for various media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, Citrus Ads, etc. Responsabilidades The key responsibilities include: 1. Supervising and managing a team of retail media specialists. 2. Understanding the client’s business goals and objectives. 3. Maintaining relationships with retailers to understand the potential and opportunities available in online retail. 4. Developing a comprehensive media marketing strategy for retailers such as Amazon, Primor, Carrefour, etc. 5. Communicating this strategy to relevant stakeholders for correct implementation. 6. Maintaining budgets and tracking ROI. 7. Staying abreast of innovations in the retail media environment and trends. Cualificaciones Qualifications + Experience: 2-3 year + Are proficient in English (B2 or more). + Communication and interpersonal skills. + Analytical skills; Amazon Search Ads, Amazon DSP + Ability of using Microsoft Office for various tasks (Excel, Power point…). Prefered Qualifications + Work experience in global e-Commerce platforms, including but not limited to Criteo and Citrus Ad. + A deep understanding of how data analytics influences key business KPIs. + Deep understanding of customer journey optimisation across digital. + Strong learning ability and cross-departmental and cross-country communication Información adicional **Why join us?
