Operations Risk and Compliance (ORC) protects Amazon’s businesses by implementing scalable risk management solutions that foster continued business growth across multiple compliance programs.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative compliance leader who thrives in dealing with ambiguity and able to independently drive efforts to change the “impossible” to possible. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to manage the resources of the Operations Risk and Compliance organization, driving the development, maintenance, evaluation, and enhancement of processes that optimize compliance reviews and audits of Amazon’s business. The ideal candidate can set an operational vision, get alignment from cross-functional leadership, then develop the detailed designs that bring the vision to light. The Manager will work with partner teams to ensure timelines are met in support of worldwide launch activities. - Guide senior leadership on balancing risk management concerns and mitigations with business product roadmaps.
