Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resident Engineer - Landscape to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and maintenanceConduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulationsAnalyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during project executionPrepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and engineering drawingsCollaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project deliveryImplement and maintain quality control and assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycleOversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationEnsure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations on project sitesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team membersStay updated on industry trends, innovative construction methodologies, and local building codes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredMinimum15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on managing large-scale projectsProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management softwareStrong knowledge of infrastructure development, construction methodologies, and quality control processesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAEExcellent project management skills, including budget and schedule managementAdvanced problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong technical report writing and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to work on-site and travel as required for project needs
