Our client, a leading specialty  retailer, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting the repair and assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Production Technician
Location: Brookfield, WI
Pay Range: $17 - $22/hr

What’s the Job?

Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality standards. Perform a wide range of maintenance services, including tire/tube replacements, derailleur adjustments, brake repairs, chain and cassette replacements, and drivetrain cleaning. Maintain a 24-hour turnaround on scheduled work while ensuring efficiency and quality. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with maintenance-related questions and sales opportunities.What’s Needed? 1-5+ years of mechanical or technical experience working on bicycles. Strong communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Experience in a retail or customer service environment.
