A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer within the Engineering Team on site.
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
Support the prediction, prevention and management of high levels of lifetime engineering uncertainty and risks of failure of equipment.Lead problem solving analysis on equipment defining point of occurrence, root cause and corrective actions.Analysis the downtime data for trends and instigate improvement programs to prevent occurrence.Support the Out of Tolerance system and generate reports for failing calibrations.Deliver on the glidepath for Engineering System Improvement by focusing on preventative maintenance routine upgrades, correct spare parts, service level agreements and training of technicians.Engineering metrics reporting and action planning and continuous improvement of through tools such as digital, 8 step problem solving and 5SUsing the principles of a high-performance culture, you will train, coach, develop team members and the overall maintenance team to achieve personal and organisational success in a lean maintenance environment on an on-going basis.What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
BEng Level 8 in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Chemical or Process Engineering or relevant experience in similar roles.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar Engineering RoleUnderstands the typical life cycle of equipment from concept through to qualification and has proven experience in this area.Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems is essential, ideally SAP.Experience of managing vendors and contractorsGood understanding of World Class Maintenance practices and expectations.Knowledge of maintenance systems and work practices for both electrical and mechanical crafts.Knowledge of predictive and condition-monitoring maintenance techniques and their applications.Leadership, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills with a proven track record for effectively collaborating and working well within a team.High personal integrity, credibility and energyAs a company, we are committed to ‘Inventing for Life’ in all that we do.
