We are seeking a talented individual to join our Carpenter Marsh Fact team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Reinsurance Broker Property, you will be responsible for prospecting business in the public sector, developing strategies, negotiating reinsurance premiums, and structuring business to enhance the capacity of the insurance company. You will also handle operational aspects, financial structuring, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

We will count on you to:

Prospect public sector business and develop strategic initiatives.Negotiate reinsurance premiums and structure business deals.Manage operational tasks including financial structuring and legalizing business.Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

What you need to have:

A degree in Engineering, Administration, Actuarial Science, or Law.Experience in the public sector or reinsurance, including knowledge of tenders and/or reinsurance.Intermediate English proficiency for conversational and reading purposes.Knowledge in IRF (financial lines), Property, Life, and Aviation insurance.
