What You Can Expect
The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for providing support to Field Sales and the Regional Sales Coordinator team ensuring the timely processing of orders and other case related requests, escalation of product availability challenges, and tracking of all case related deliveries.

This role is the bridge between the sales team, surgeons, hospitals, and internal operations—so the ability to operate in fast-paced, clinical environments is key.
Your Background Associate Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, four-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Previous experience at a medical device company preferred.1+ years related sales support, customer service, customer facing experience and/or training preferred or relevant experience within the department.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, organizational skills, and ability to handle increasing levels of responsibility.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and creative problem solve.Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.Experience with SAP (ERP system) preferred.Travel Expectations5% overnight travel potential not required.
